The Opal business has been developed through a partnership which began in 1992 between the two founding partners, Ben Webster and Peter Connell.
Opal provides expert and impartial financial advice in the employee benefits market and works with clients nationwide.
When Peter was asked what makes the business so successful, he said: "Our approach is to build a working relationship with clients, providing a trusted partner that is a valuable addition to the business, rather than a liability that requires management. It is this approach that has developed the fascinating relationships we have today, ranging from the smaller, niche consultancies to household names. Trust is a major part of everything we do."
Nowhere is this more apparent than in the rest of the Opal team. There is huge pride in ensuring the partnership functions well, proactively looking for ways to improve systems for each client whilst aiming to provide a service that delivers accurately and on time, every time.
Over 75% of new business comes through referrals from existing clients, which is a strong reflection of the service the team provides.
